Live Scenario is the Livesignage add-on module that switches the active playlist on a group of displays simultaneously — even across multiple sites — with a single command. Unlike standard time-based scheduling, Live Scenario enables on-demand scenario activation: a breaking event, an alert, a flash promotion, a seasonal change, a VIP visit to a showroom.

Each scenario is a preset configuration that assigns each display group its own playlist or application. When activated, the entire network reconfigures within seconds, with no per-screen intervention. The module is especially powerful when combined with the Flow triggers: a scenario can be launched automatically in response to an external event — a sensor, weather data, a system alarm.
