Flow is the no-code automation and orchestration engine at the heart of Livesignage. Flow lets operators define trigger-action sequences visually: when a sensor detects presence, a button is pressed, a time is reached, a data value crosses a threshold, or an external event fires, Flow launches a coordinated response across displays, audio, lighting, IoT actuators and mobile content.

Each Flow is built in the Experience Designer as a chain of conditions and actions, ready to deploy across the network. Flow is what elevates Livesignage from a content scheduler to an AV orchestration platform: it is the technical foundation under verticalizations like Live Controller (immersive rooms), Live Billboard (interactive boards), and the platform's recognition as a 3× Digital Signage Awards Winner (2024, 2025, 2026).
